We offer our customers an AFFORDABLE & SIMPLE way to shop for The Pencil Man Cabinetry. All our cabinetry is made in the United States of America of quality, 3/4″ furniture grade melamine. Melamine is an engineered wood product with a vinyl laminate surface.

Our The Pencil Man Furniture always comes with a frame included. Also included is a mattress support, if applicable.

The two front gliding shelves on our Majestic Library Beds hold up to 175 lbs. each. The track system mounts to the top, inside of the front valance of the cabinetry.

Free curbside shipping is included in one LOW price for our The Pencil Man Furniture.

Shipping: Shipping rates vary based on the product purchased and your ship-to state. Each product page includes a selection for shipping. Most cabinet orders leave our warehouse within approximately 8 weeks of received payment for your order.

As an eager Do-It-Yourselfer, know that these cabinets arrive totally un-assembled to your address CURBSIDE.

Tools necessary include:

• 5/16″ Masonry bit for concrete floors (unless Wall Mount Brackets have been purchased)
• Various size wrenches for assembly and mounting of steel frame
• Screwdriver (power recommended)
• Pair of pliers

Our cabinets are pre-drilled for pin and cam fasteners, and all hardware is supplied with the cabinetry. Experienced, professional installers will spend an average 8-hour day from start to finish to install a The Pencil Man Cabinet System.

We do offer a wall-mount kit to adapt our Door Bed mechanism for attachment through the baseboards of your wall versus the floor.

In Home Delivery & Installation: We offer installs in Northeast Florida, and also have highly recommended independent contractors to help with installations in the NY, NJ, CN Tri-state area, Southern California, and South Florida. FRAME/MECHANISM RETURN POLICY:

• CONTACT US for return code, before proceeding.
• Any credit to Buyer will be made only after product is received back to The Pencil Man and inspected and found in to be in the same condition as received.
• Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping and re-crating charges.
• Credit to buyer will be less 25% restocking fee on any returned items.
• All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

• No returns are accepted on cabinets, as they are made-to-order.
